Mamo, is engaging the public on the **draft Electrical and Electronic Waste Management Regulations, 2025, and theEnvironmental (Strategic Assessment, Integrated Impact Assessment and Audit) Regulations, 2025.
On Friday, a public participation forum was held at Dedan Kimathi University, Nyeri County, in line with the Environmental Management and Coordination Act (EMCA), Cap 387. Similar workshops are scheduled in selected counties across the country to ensure wider public engagement, enabling citizens to participate directly and contribute to the regulatory process.
