CEO Chris Ndirangu says company was founded to fight land fraud after personal experience_

Dagma Land Investments Ltd marked its 9th Anniversary on Saturday with a major title deed issuance ceremony, handing over legal ownership documents to hundreds of clients across its projects countrywide.

The event, held in Nairobi, was attended by clients, partners, and government officials, and celebrated the company’s nine-year journey of making land ownership accessible and secure for ordinary Kenyans.

#### *Founded to solve a national problem*  

Speaking during the ceremony, *Dagma Land Investments Ltd Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Chris Ndirangu*, said the company was born out of a personal experience.  

*“I started this company after I was conned a plot. That experience pushed me to build a firm where Kenyans can buy land with confidence, knowing their investment is safe and their title is guaranteed,”* Ndirangu said.

#### *Mission: Accessible and secure land ownership*  

According to the CEO, Dagma’s core mandate has remained unchanged since 2017.  

*“At Dagma Land Investments Ltd, we are dedicated to making land ownership accessible and secure for everyone. Founded with a mission to simplify the land acquisition process, we offer a diverse portfolio of value-added plots with ready title deeds and flexible payment plans,”* he stated.

Over the last nine years, the company says it has served thousands of clients, with a focus on due diligence, legal compliance, and timely processing of title documents.

#### *Title issuance as proof of delivery*  

The anniversary event featured the issuance of title deeds to clients who had completed payments. The company said the exercise was part of its commitment to ensure that every client exits the buying process with a clean, bankable title.

Officials from the Ministry of Lands who attended commended Dagma for adhering to legal procedures and supporting government efforts to enhance land tenure security.

#### *Plans for the next decade*  

As it enters its 10th year, Ndirangu announced plans to expand Dagma’s footprint to more counties, introduce more affordable financing options, and deploy technology to streamline land searches and purchases.

*“Our goal is simple. In the next 10 years, we want to ensure that no Kenyan loses money to land fraud. We are here to open doors to ownership, one title at a time,”* he said.

Clients who received their titles described the day as a major milestone in their journey to home and wealth creation.
