Late Emurua Dikirr MP Johana Ng’eno’s Body to Be Flown to Nairobi

The body of the late Emurua Dikirr Member of Parliament, Johana Ng’eno, who died in a helicopter crash in Mosop, Nandi County**, is expected to be flown to Lee Funeral Home in Nairobi from Eldoret. 

Ng’eno, along with five others, was killed on 28 February 2026 when the helicopter they were travelling in crashed and burst into flames amid bad weather. 

Leaders, including President William Ruto** and Deputy President Kithure Kindiki, have mourned the legislator, describing him as a dedicated public servant.
