Governor Jonathan Bii Congratulates Senior Counsel Katwa Kigen on Court of Appeal Nomination

Governor Jonathan Bii has congratulated Senior Counsel Katwa Kigen on his nomination as a Judge of the Court of Appeal, describing it as a reflection of his legal expertise, integrity, and years of dedicated service.
