Discipline, faith and hard work have once again proven to be powerful pillars of success at Paul Boit Boys’ High School after the institution posted an impressive performance in the 2025 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations.

The Uasin Gishu–based school recorded a strong mean score of 8.2443 (B-), marking a positive deviation of +0.6893. Out of 221 candidates who sat the national examination, an impressive 88.2 per cent attained grades that qualify them for direct transition to university education.

The results reflected consistency across the upper grades, with 17 candidates attaining A-, 30 scoring B+, 45 B, and 57 B-. The school also registered commendable numbers in the C+ and C grades, while notably, no candidate scored a D or E grade, underscoring a culture of focus and resilience.

School principal Shem Busolo attributes the strong performance to teamwork, discipline and prayers, noting that collaboration among teachers, learners and the Board of Management created a supportive and goal-oriented learning environment. Continuous academic mentorship and close monitoring further strengthened preparation and learner confidence.

Beyond the grades, the results tell a broader story of unity, belief and perseverance. Parents’ cooperation and trust in the school’s vision played a key role in sustaining motivation and focus among learners.

The 2025 KCSE outcome stands as a testament to what can be achieved when teamwork, discipline and faith are firmly upheld, positioning Paul Boit Boys’ High School as an inspiring model of academic excellence in Uasin Gishu County and beyond.
