Kapseret MP Aspirant John Chumba Makes Grand Entry at Kisumu Ndogo Pool Tournament

Kapseret Constituency MP aspirant John Chumba on Sunday made a spirited and highly welcomed appearance at the Kisumu Ndogo Pool Tournament held in Langas Ward, drawing loud cheers and enthusiastic support from local residents.

The tournament, which attracted dozens of talented youth from across the ward, was marked by high energy, unity, and a shared sense of community pride. Residents described the atmosphere as electric as Chumba arrived to a warm reception from the sons and daughters of Langas, reflecting growing grassroots support for his leadership vision.

Speaking during the event, Chumba emphasized that the tournament was more than just a sporting competition.

“This is not only about cues and balls. It is about creating platforms where our youth can discover their talents, learn discipline, build confidence, and prepare themselves as future leaders,” he said.

He noted that sports play a critical role in empowering young people, keeping them engaged positively, and nurturing teamwork and responsibility. Chumba reaffirmed his commitment to supporting youth-driven initiatives and transforming Langas into a center of excellence through inclusive development.

Community members praised the initiative, saying such tournaments help identify talent, promote unity, and offer young people constructive opportunities to grow.

As the competition continues, the Kisumu Ndogo Pool Tournament stands as a symbol of hope, ambition, and collective progress—values that Chumba says will remain central to his leadership agenda for Kapseret Constituency.
