Jambojet Cargo Joins Freightos by WebCargo, Expanding Digital Cargo Connectivity Across East Africa

 Jambojet, Africa’s leading low-cost airline, today announced that it has joined Freightos by WebCargo, integrating its cargo capacity on the digital platform to enable freight forwarders and logistics partners to seamlessly connect with its extensive East African network. 

Through this partnership, Jambojet’s cargo capacity will now be accessible real time, providing instant digital access to its 9 key routes - Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Malindi, Diani, Lamu, and Zanzibar. With Jambojet Cargo now live on WebCargo by Freightos, and in the future available to interlining agreements, freight forwarders can compare live rates, book shipments instantly, and manage air cargo digitally, improving visibility, reducing manual coordination, and ensuring faster, more reliable service.

Launched in 2022, Jambojet Cargo transports a wide range of goods - from fresh produce, live animals, pharmaceuticals, general cargo, and repatriation services for loved ones. They have over 1,000 tonne capacity monthly for cargo across its network, and an 8-tonne aircraft in its fleet.
