Madam Susan Seron Honoured with Life Governor’s Award at Nairobi International Trade Fair
The Eldoret National Polytechnic (TENP) community is proud to celebrate one of its own, Madam Susan Seron, who was honoured with the prestigious Life Governor’s Award by His Excellency the President of the Republic of Kenya during the official opening of the 2025 Nairobi International Trade Fair.
The award, presented at the Jamhuri Showground in Nairobi, recognises Madam Seron’s outstanding contributions to the development of technical and vocational education in Kenya, as well as her unwavering commitment to community empowerment and youth mentorship.
The Life Governor’s Award is one of the highest honours bestowed during the Trade Fair, recognising exemplary individuals who have made a significant impact in their fields and demonstrated visionary leadership in nation-building.
Speaking shortly after receiving the award, Madam Seron expressed her gratitude, saying, “I am humbled by this recognition. This award is not just mine — it belongs to the entire TENP family, who have supported and inspired me throughout my journey.”
The Chief Principal of the Eldoret National Polytechnic, Dr. Charles Koech, congratulated Madam Seron on this remarkable achievement, saying:
