Speaking during a condolence visit to the Kapkirorei family at Sigenik Farm in Kuinet/Kapsuswa Ward, Governor Bii said Gogo Esther Lelei’s legacy would live on through the generations she nurtured and the values she upheld.
“Gogo Esther Lelei was a pillar of wisdom, faith, and family unity. Her prayers, counsel, and steadfast commitment to her loved ones shaped generations and left behind a timeless legacy that will continue to guide and inspire all whose lives she touched,” the Governor said.
