Uasin Gishu Governor’s Photographer Vincent Rutto Graduates from University of Eldoret

 

Vincent Rutto, the official photographer to the Uasin Gishu County Governor, has successfully graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management from the University of Eldoret.
