Kenya’s Tourism CS Rebecca Miano Congratulates Tanzania’s Newly Appointed Tourism Minister Dr. Ashatu Kijaji

 

Kenya’s Cabinet Secretary for Tourism and Wildlife, Rebecca Miano, has extended warm congratulations to Dr. Ashatu Kijaji following her appointment as the Minister of Natural Resources and Tourism in the United Republic of Tanzania, as well as her role as Member of Parliament for the Kondoa Constituency.

In a heartfelt message, CS Miano praised Dr. Kijaji’s exemplary leadership and expressed optimism that her appointment will bring renewed momentum to the tourism sector across East Africa. The two leaders previously worked closely together while serving as Ministers of Trade in their respective countries, forging a strong professional relationship anchored in regional cooperation.
