Kesses MP Congratulates Rt. Rev. John Kiplimo Lelei on Appointment as First Bishop of Kapsabet Diocese

 

Kesses Member of Parliament CPA Julius Ruto has extended heartfelt congratulations to Rt. Rev. John Kiplimo Lelei following his historic appointment as the first Bishop of the newly established Catholic Diocese of Kapsabet.
