President William Samoei Ruto has arrived at the Recruits Training School in Eldoret to preside over the Passing-Out Parade of newly trained recruits.

The President was received by Uasin Gishu Governor Jonathan Bii Chelilim ahead of the ceremony, which marks the completion of intensive training by the recruits.
