NCPB Shines at 2026 ASK Kisumu Show, Scoops Four Top Awards

The National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) emerged as one of the standout exhibitors at the 2026 Agricultural Society of Kenya (ASK) Kisumu Regional Show after winning four prestigious awards, reaffirming its commitment to supporting Kenya's agricultural sector.

NCPB secured first position in the Government Social Functions Stand category, demonstrating excellence in engaging stakeholders and showcasing its services to the public.

The Board also claimed second place in the Medium Trade Stand – Commercial and Industrial category, highlighting its strong presence and innovative exhibition at the regional event.

In addition, NCPB finished third in the Theme Interpretation (Agro-Based) category and third in the Best Agriculture-Based Statutory Board category, further underscoring its contribution to promoting agricultural development and food security in the country.

The recognition reflects NCPB's continued efforts to provide quality services to farmers, traders, and other players in the agricultural value chain while embracing innovation and effective stakeholder engagement.

Following the achievement, the Board expressed gratitude to all stakeholders, farmers, partners, and members of the public who visited its exhibition stand during the show. NCPB said the support and interactions received throughout the event contributed significantly to the success of its participation.
