Hon. Dr. Otiende Amollo Champions Dignity and Protection for Widowed Persons

At the invitation of Come Together Widows & Orphans Organization (CTWOO), Hon. Otiende Amollo
joined stakeholders, advocates, and community leaders at the Pre-International Widows Day celebrations held at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC). The event brought together key voices committed to advancing the rights and welfare of widows and orphans.
Accompanied by Dr. Josephine Obonyo, Secretary in the Department of Gender, and Dr. Dianah Kamande HSC, Founder of CTWOO, Hon. Amollo served as the Chief Guest and used the occasion to update participants on the progress of the Widowed Persons Protection Bill, which he is sponsoring in Parliament.
