It was a great honour to deliver my remarks at the Stakeholders’ Engagement Forum convened by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) on 20th April 2026, held here at the Kenya Institute of Special Education.

The steady progress we are witnessing in inclusive learning across Kenya is a direct result of deliberate and sustained investment in our teachers. The Teachers Service Commission has consistently ensured the deployment of qualified and dedicated personnel to every corner of the nation, strengthening the foundation of special needs education and ensuring that no learner is left behind.

I wish to sincerely appreciate the TSC and all stakeholders for their unwavering commitment to advancing education in our country. Through such collaborative efforts, we continue to build a more inclusive, equitable, and empowered society.
