KISE, Kilimanjaro Blind Trust Deepen Collaboration on Assistive Devices and Inclusive Education.

KISE was pleased to host a delegation from the Kilimanjaro Blind Trust, led by Suparna Biswas (Executive Director), alongside Jackson Ulira (Program Manager) and William Gichia (Head of Technical Services), who paid a courtesy call to the Director, Dr. Norman Kiogora.

The engagement focused on strengthening collaboration in the design, production, repair, and maintenance of specialized teaching and learning materials, as well as assistive devices to support individuals with disabilities and special needs.

The team was also taken on a tour of the upcoming Assistive Devices Production Factory, highlighting KISE’s commitment to advancing innovation and accessibility in special needs education.
