92 Learners Transformed as Community Initiative Expands Educational Support in Uasin Gishu

The initiative, supported by generous well-wishers from Poland—Marzena Figiel-Strzała and Damian Strzała—has significantly impacted the lives of vulnerable learners, many of whom have struggled to attend school due to lack of basic necessities. The initiative is part of the expanding Marpo family program, a grassroots effort focused on uplifting children through education and holistic support. Beyond providing uniforms, the program also guarantees that the beneficiaries will have access to meals while at school—an intervention that addresses one of the major barriers to effective learning: hunger.
