KSG Expands Leadership and Governance Support Through Advanced Consultancy Centre
The Kenya School of Government (KSG) is strengthening leadership, governance, and institutional performance through its Centre for Advanced Training and Consultancy Services, which delivers customized training, consultancy, research, and advisory support to public and private sector institutions.
The Centre works with Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), county governments, state corporations, private sector organizations, and development partners, offering tailored capacity-building programmes aligned to institutional needs.
According to KSG, the services are aimed at enhancing leadership and governance frameworks, supporting public sector performance improvement, and advancing institutional reforms. The Centre also provides expert consultancy, research, and advisory services, including support in strategy development and change management.
KSG says its approach is grounded in practical, results-driven interventions informed by its long-standing role in public service training and access to a pool of experienced faculty and practitioners.
The institution operates under the leadership of its Director General and Chief Executive Officer, Prof. Nura Mohamed, and continues to position itself as a key player in strengthening governance and leadership capacity across sectors.
