Kenya to Host International Investment Conference Under Magical Kenya Brand
Kenya is set to host the Kenya International Investment Conference under the globally recognised Magical Kenya brand, a move expected to further cement the country’s position as a leading investment and tourism hub.
Tourism and Wildlife Cabinet Secretary Rebecca Miano, EGH, announced the initiative, saying the conference will provide a high-level platform to attract both local and international investors while showcasing Kenya’s diverse economic opportunities.
Welcoming stakeholders from across the world, CS Miano said the forum will leverage the strength of the Magical Kenya brand to connect tourism, trade, and investment. “Karibuni sana,” she said, extending an open invitation to investors, development partners, and private sector players to participate in the landmark event.
Under CS Miano’s leadership, Kenya’s tourism sector has recorded remarkable growth, with increased international arrivals, expanded destination offerings, and enhanced global visibility. The renewed momentum has been driven by aggressive destination marketing, product diversification, and stronger partnerships with global tourism markets.
The upcoming investment conference is expected to build on these gains by positioning tourism as a catalyst for broader economic growth, while also highlighting opportunities in infrastructure, manufacturing, ICT, agriculture, renewable energy, and the blue economy.
According to the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife, the conference will bring together government leaders, captains of industry, financiers, and investors to engage in policy dialogue, networking, and deal-making aimed at unlocking new investments and strengthening existing partnerships.
Officials noted that hosting the conference under the Magical Kenya brand underscores the country’s confidence as a stable, attractive, and competitive destination for business and leisure.
Further details regarding the conference dates, venue, and programme are expected to be announced in due course.
