Gachagua Mourns Passing of Mr. John Muhia Njoroge

Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has expressed deep sorrow following the death of Mr. John Muhia Njoroge, the father of Kipipiri Member of Parliament Hon. Wanjiku Muhia.

In a condolence message, Gachagua described the late Mr. Njoroge as a loving father, a resilient man, and a pillar of strength whose life was marked by courage, especially during his 12-year battle with kidney failure.

“Mr. Njoroge Muhia demonstrated great resilience and bravery in the face of prolonged illness. His strength and perseverance remain an inspiration to many,” Gachagua said.

He noted that the people of Kipipiri had lost not only a family man but also a quiet champion whose values and dedication were reflected in the leadership of his daughter, Hon. Wanjiku Muhia, and her siblings.

“The people of Kipipiri have lost a champion and a family man who raised a great leader. This is a painful loss not just to the family, but to the wider community,” he added.

Gachagua conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and the residents of Kipipiri, saying that he and his family stand with them during this difficult time.

“My family and I send our deepest sympathies to the family of Mr. Njoroge Muhia and the people of Kipipiri. We pray for peace and strength as they navigate this moment of grief,” he said.

He concluded his message with a prayer, asking God to grant comfort to the family and eternal rest to the departed.
