Residents of Murang’a County are sharing a remarkable story about a 56-year-old man who claims he managed to reverse his long struggle with diabetes through the use of natural herbs and spiritual healing. The man, identified as Paul Muiruri, said he had battled the condition for over a decade before turning to herbal treatment as a last resort.
