If you are keen enough, you'll notice that the four  military guards around Raila remain facing away from the body and their heads bowed at about 45° throughout.  This is called a "Mark of respect or head bow". 

When the military bows their heads at about 45° while guarding Raila Odinga’s body, it is a gesture of deep respect, mourning, and honour for the deceased. The slight bow is a traditional military gesture showing reverence to a fallen leader, much like a salute to the living. To know more click here.
