Eldoret National Polytechnic Leadership Joins Research and Innovation Teams for Riverside Team-Building Retreat

 In a spirited show of unity and collaboration, the Chief Principal of The Eldoret National Polytechnic, Dr. Charles Koech, together with Deputy Principals in charge of Administration and Academics, joined staff from the Research and Innovation Fairs Departments for a team-building retreat at the picturesque Tiret Riverside Resort.

The event, held under the warm October sun and the tranquil backdrop of the riverside, was a celebration of teamwork, creativity, and strategic collaboration. The day-long retreat featured a series of activities designed to strengthen interpersonal relationships, encourage innovation, and provide a well-deserved break from the rigorous academic environment.

Speaking during the retreat, Dr. Koech lauded the efforts of the Research and Innovation teams in positioning the institution as a hub for technological advancement and creative solutions. “It is through such gatherings that we foster a spirit of togetherness, reflect on our shared goals, and recharge to better serve our students and the nation,” he said.
