Mboikamiti Shareholders Seek Government Intervention Over Land Dispute.

By Grace Waithaka.

Mboikamiti shareholders have appealed to the government to intervene in their long-running land dispute, saying they have waited for justice for many years without a lasting solution.

Speaking during a meeting of shareholders, the group's leaders said members have continued to suffer uncertainty over ownership and access to their land. They urged relevant government agencies, including the Ministry of Lands and security authorities, to step in and help resolve the matter fairly and transparently.

The shareholders said they are seeking justice and protection of their property rights, arguing that many members have invested heavily in the land and deserve clear documentation and legal recognition of their ownership.

They called on the government to expedite investigations into the dispute and ensure that all affected parties are heard before any final decisions are made.

The leaders further urged shareholders to remain united and peaceful as they pursue legal and administrative channels in their quest for justice.

The appeal comes amid continued efforts by the shareholders to have their grievances addressed and bring an end to the prolonged land ownership wrangles.
