The team, led by Board Chairman Pius Kigen, was received by ELDOWAS Board Chairperson David Sing'oei in Eldoret.
During the visit, the URWASCO delegation commended ELDOWAS for its exemplary performance in ensuring seamless water supply and efficient sewerage management across Eldoret City and its surrounding areas. The officials expressed keen interest in learning about the strategies, systems, and best practices that have enabled the utility firm to maintain consistent and reliable services.

In his remarks, Sing’oei lauded URWASCO for taking proactive steps to seek knowledge and partnerships that would enhance service delivery. He emphasized the importance of collaboration among water service providers in addressing challenges in the sector.
