ODM Director of Communications Philip Etale Leads Delegation to Visit Senator Godfrey Osotsi at Karen Hospital

The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Director of Communications Philip Etale on Thursday led a delegation to Karen Hospital in Nairobi to visit Senator Godfrey Osotsi, who is recuperating following injuries sustained during an assault in Kisumu on Wednesday morning.

Etale was accompanied by colleagues Tony Moturi and Benson Musungu during the visit, where they conveyed their best wishes and solidarity with the senator as he continues to recover.

Senator Osotsi, who is currently under medical care, was reportedly attacked by armed individuals in Kisumu in an incident that has drawn condemnation from various political leaders and supporters.

During the hospital visit, the delegation expressed concern over the incident and wished the senator a quick and full recovery.

Etale reaffirmed ODM’s support for Osotsi and called for calm as investigations into the attack continue.

Senator Osotsi’s condition is said to be stable as he continues to receive treatment at the Nairobi-based facility.
