Saku MP Dido Rasso Sends Ramadan Message of Unity and Compassion
Dido Ali Rasso, the Member of Parliament for Saku Constituency in Marsabit County, has conveyed warm and heartfelt Ramadan wishes to Muslim faithful across the constituency and the nation, urging them to embrace unity, compassion and renewed spiritual commitment during the holy month.
In his Ramadan message, the Saku lawmaker called on Muslims to use the sacred period as a time for reflection, prayer and acts of charity, emphasizing the importance of supporting the less fortunate and fostering peaceful coexistence.
“Ramadhan Mubarak to all my Muslim brothers and sisters. May this holy month strengthen our faith, deepen our compassion, and unite us as one nation. Let us use this sacred time to uplift the vulnerable, promote peace, and build a society rooted in justice and dignity for all,” he said.
Hon. Rasso underscored the significance of Ramadan as a season of spiritual renewal, self-discipline and generosity, noting that the values observed during the month should extend beyond the fasting period and guide daily life throughout the year.
He further expressed hope that the blessed month would bring peace to hearts, blessings to homes and unity within communities. He prayed that Allah grants the faithful good health, patience and the strength to grow spiritually during the sacred period.
Ramadan, observed by Muslims worldwide through fasting, prayer and charity, is regarded as a time of deep reflection and devotion. Leaders across the country continue to share messages of solidarity and goodwill as the holy month begins.
