Mandago Congratulates Hon. Elphas Shalakha on West Kabras Ward Victory

Uasin Gishu Senator Jackson Mandago has congratulated Hon. Elphas Shalakha following his election as Member of the County Assembly (MCA) representing West Kabras Ward.

In a statement issued on Thursday, Senator Mandago hailed Shalakha’s victory as a clear demonstration of the people’s trust in the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) and its Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda.

“This win reflects the confidence that the people of West Kabras Ward have placed in the leadership and vision of UDA.
