Presidential Aspirant Dr. Reuben Kigame Inspires Hope and Faith at Dandora Church Service

Dandora Phase V was filled with renewed hope and spiritual energy this weekend as Jesus Explosion Ministries hosted renowned gospel musician and 2027 presidential aspirant, Dr. Reuben Kigame, for a powerful Sunday service marked by testimony, worship, and a call to national transformation.

Addressing a packed congregation, Dr. Kigame delivered an emotional and inspiring message rooted in faith, humility, and purpose. He began by acknowledging God’s faithfulness in his life, reminding worshippers that success must always be anchored in gratitude and humility.

“Mungu amenifanyia mambo mengi makubwa maishani mwangu,” he said, emphasizing that his achievements are a testament to God’s grace rather than personal greatness.

Blind since the age of three, Dr. Kigame shared his life journey as an example of resilience and unwavering faith. He recounted how losing his sight at a young age could have ended his dreams, but instead became the foundation of a life dedicated to service, scholarship, and leadership. Today, he is a PhD holder, a celebrated gospel artist, and a national figure advocating for justice, integrity, and faith-based leadership.

Speaking directly to young people in attendance, Dr. Kigame challenged them to rise above perceived limitations.

“Have you ever seen a blind presidential aspirant before?” he asked, prompting reflection across the congregation. “Don’t allow circumstances to define you. Trust God, pursue education, and dream big.”

Dr. Kigame reaffirmed his intention to contest Kenya’s presidency in the 2027 general election, describing his political journey as a divine calling.

“Ninakubalika kusimama. Nasimama kwa sababu ya mwito,” he said, adding that his vision extends beyond Kenya to Africa and the global community. “God has put those qualifications on me.”

The service culminated in a vibrant session of praise and worship as Dr. Kigame joined the church band, transforming the atmosphere into one of celebration and spiritual renewal. Many congregants described the experience as deeply moving and life-changing.

Dr. Kigame’s visit to Dandora served as both a spiritual awakening and a rallying call for change—urging Kenyans to believe in transformation that begins within individuals and extends to the nation’s highest offices.
