LSK President Faith Mony Odhiambo Announces Go-Live of New ERP System

The President of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), Faith Mony Odhiambo, has announced that the new LSK Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is now live and available for use by members, marking a significant milestone in the Society’s digital transformation agenda.

Ms. Odhiambo noted that the development and deployment of the new system is aimed at enhancing efficiency and improving access to services for LSK members. She acknowledged that, as with all major system transitions, some initial teething challenges have been experienced.

“We are actively collecting feedback from members on the difficulties encountered while using the system. Our development team and the ICT Directorate are on standby to receive complaints and make prompt interventions as soon as practicable,” she said.

The LSK President further clarified that data migration from the old, outdated system is still ongoing and is expected to be completed soon. Once the transition phase is finalized, the system will undergo additional refinements and modifications, guided by member feedback and evolving needs.

Ms. Odhiambo appealed to members for calm, patience, and cooperation during this period, emphasizing that the process is being undertaken in the best interests of members and the long-term improvement of service delivery.

She added that, once fully operational, the new ERP system is projected to enhance the management of member information, reduce turnaround times  for applications processed through the portal, and deliver a more seamless, secure, and user-friendly experience for all members.

Under her calm, inclusive, and member-focused leadership, Ms. Odhiambo reaffirmed LSK’s commitment to continuous improvement and to building modern, responsive systems that serve the profession with efficiency and care.
