Hon. Joyce Bensuda Empowers Traders and Vulnerable Groups in Homa Bay

Under the patronage of Hon. Joyce Bensuda, the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents across the county through targeted empowerment initiatives.

In Mikai Market, Kabondo Constituency, small-scale traders received essential business support items, including tents, chairs, aprons, cash assistance, umbrellas, and a shaving machine, aimed at strengthening their enterprises and promoting self-reliance.

Additionally, blankets were distributed to elderly residents, a gesture that underscored Hon. Bensuda’s compassion and dedication to ensuring the comfort and well-being of vulnerable community members.

The initiative reflects Hon. Bensuda’s strong commitment to grassroots economic empowerment, support for local entrepreneurs, and protection of vulnerable populations.

Through her hands-on leadership, Hon. Bensuda has earned praise for championing inclusive development programs that create opportunities, uplift livelihoods, and build dignity within communities.

Her efforts demonstrate the transformative impact of NGAAF’s mission to advance social and economic empowerment, particularly for women, youth, and marginalized groups across Homa Bay County.
