TENP Chief Principal Reaffirms Commitment to Excellence During Customer Service Week
As the world celebrates Customer Service Week, The Eldoret National Polytechnic (TENP) has joined in recognizing the invaluable role of students, staff, and stakeholders in shaping a responsive and service-driven institution.
In a heartfelt message, Chief Principal Dr. Charles Koech reaffirmed the polytechnic’s unwavering dedication to providing efficient, high-quality, and responsive services to its community.
“At The Eldoret National Polytechnic, we reaffirm our commitment to delivering efficient, responsive, and high-quality services because with you, every mission is possible,” said Dr. Koech. “We deeply appreciate your continued trust and support.”
Dr. Koech emphasized that students, staff, and all institutional stakeholders are the “heartbeat of the institution,” acknowledging their integral role in the ongoing transformation and success of TENP.
“Your trust, support, and feedback are the driving forces behind our daily efforts to serve better. It is through this collaborative spirit that we continue to grow and innovate,” he added.
Celebrated annually during the first week of October, Customer Service Week is a global event that highlights the importance of customer service and the people who serve and support customers every day. At TENP, the celebration serves as a reminder of the institution's student-centered approach and dedication to excellence in technical and vocational education and training.
Under Dr. Koech’s leadership, TENP has continued to enhance service delivery through digitization, improved infrastructure, and expanded academic programs—initiatives that reflect the institution’s strategic commitment to quality and relevance.
As the polytechnic marks this important week, Dr. Koech concluded his message by thanking all who make TENP’s mission possible.
“Happy Customer Service Week to our entire TENP family! Let us continue working together to build a brighter future for all.”
