TENP Chief Principal Congratulates Procurement Manager on Earning MBA in Strategic Management

The Eldoret National Polytechnic (TENP) community is celebrating a remarkable academic achievement by one of its own. The Chief Principal, Dr. Charles Koech, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Charles Ruto, the institution’s Procurement Manager, on the successful conferment of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA), Nairobi.

The graduation ceremony, held on Friday, 24th October 2025, marks a significant milestone in Mr. Ruto’s academic and professional journey. Dr. Koech lauded Mr. Ruto for his dedication, discipline, and pursuit of excellence, describing his achievement as “an inspiration to both staff and trainees at TENP.”

“Mr. Ruto has demonstrated that learning never stops. His determination to balance work and advanced studies embodies the true spirit of lifelong learning that we champion as an institution. We are extremely proud of him,” said Dr. Koech.

Dr. Koech further emphasized that Mr. Ruto’s academic success reflects the Polytechnic’s commitment to nurturing a culture of continuous professional development among staff. He noted that such accomplishments contribute significantly to institutional growth, innovation, and service excellence.

“As an institution, we believe that when our staff grow academically and professionally, the entire Polytechnic benefits. Mr. Ruto’s achievement reinforces our collective goal of excellence in all spheres of our operations,” added the Chief Principal.
