A police officer has been arrested after allegedly shooting and killing a woman near Homa Bay Police Station on Thursday night during a vigil for the late former Prime Minister Raila Odinga. 

The victim, Lucy Oketch, was shot dead as ODM supporters marched through Homa Bay town after a candle-lighting event. To read more Click here.
