A broke campus dropout who now flies business class, he says it started with one ritual of faith.

In the bustling streets of Nairobi, everyone seems to have a story but few are as unbelievable as Kevin mbaluka. Just a few years ago, Kevin was a frustrated campus dropout who had lost all hope. Today, he flies business class, wears designer suits, and manages a growing import business that trades across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.

But according to Kevin, it all started with one strange night, the night that changed everything.

Kevin had joined university with big dreams. He wanted to be an engineer, to build things that mattered. But midway through his third year, life hit hard. His mother, the family’s only breadwinner, fell sick. Bills piled up, and Kevin had to drop out to take care of her. When she passed away, the world became a dark, empty place.

“I felt like I was cursed,” he says. “No matter how hard I tried, nothing ever worked. I would apply for jobs and never get called. I’d try small hustles, selling clothes, printing business cards but I always ended up losing money. My friends moved on, but I remained stuck.” to read more click here
