Highway Comedy: Thieves Turn Dancers After Botched TV Heist

 

Motorists and pedestrians along a busy highway in Nairobi were left stunned on Wednesday night after a group of thieves attempting to escape with a stolen television suddenly stopped, placed the TV down, and began dancing uncontrollably in the middle of the road.

The Failed Robbery

According to eyewitnesses, the gang had broken into a small electronics shop at around 2 a.m. They managed to grab a flat-screen TV before dashing out, thinking their mission had succeeded. However, just a few meters away from the shop, something strange happened.

“They started dancing like mad men. At first, we thought it was a joke, but when they refused to stop, even as cars hooted, we knew something unusual was happening,” said one boda boda rider who witnessed the drama.

The Spell Behind the Drama

The shop owner, speaking later to reporters, revealed that he had recently visited Dr Bokko and secured a Business Protection Spell after suffering repeated thefts in the past.
