Chaos in Lodging as Woman Screams After Discovering Her Pastor Lover Had Borrowed Everything Including Shoes

 

A late-night encounter at a popular lodging near Jogoo area ended in screams, tears and confusion on Thursday, July 31, 2025, after a woman discovered that her secret lover — a man who claimed to be a pastor — had borrowed everything he wore to impress her, including the shoes on his feet.

According to staff at the lodging, the woman, a 32-year-old salon owner from Suneka, arrived cheerfully at around 8:45 pm accompanied by a sharply dressed man who introduced himself as “Mchungaji Ben” from Nairobi.

The pair booked a room for the night, and everything seemed normal until around 10:30 pm when loud shouting erupted from Room 4.

“We heard a woman shouting Mungu wangu and asking where the man’s clothes had come from. It was too loud to ignore,” said Joyce, a receptionist at the facility.

When the staff rushed to check, they found the woman in a towel outside the room, crying and visibly shaken. She told the crowd that she had discovered the man was not a real pastor but someone who had borrowed everything — even his belt and innerwear — from his cousin in order to appear wealthy.

It turned out the man had removed his “designer” coat only for her to spot the name of a mutual friend stitched inside. Suspicious, she asked questions which led to a heated argument that eventually spilled into the corridor.

“She was shouting that she had given him fare, food and even paid for the room. And now he was even wearing borrowed socks,” said one of the security guards. to read more click here
