Olooltepes in Kajiado West Constituency came alive on Saturday July 19 2025 as hundreds of women youth groups and small-scale traders gathered for a transformative economic empowerment engagement led by the passionate and tireless Kajiado County Woman Representative Hon Leah Sankaire.
The event which focused on unlocking economic opportunities and financial inclusion for grassroots communities showcased Hon Sankaire’s unwavering commitment to empowering marginalized groups across the county. From providing access to capital to nurturing entrepreneurship and self-reliance the forum served as a beacon of hope for many who have long been sidelined from mainstream development.
Addressing the crowd Hon Sankaire emphasized the importance of women and youth taking charge of their economic futures through capacity building cooperative ventures and direct government support.
