Fired Worker Becomes Manager Company Board Blames Unexplainable Influence
An unusual twist in corporate restructuring has taken center stage after a man who was fired just two months ago returned to the same company and was appointed as its operations manager. The case, which is now circulating among business professionals and HR forums, has raised questions about internal decision-making and what some are calling “external influence” beyond logical explanation.
The man, a 34-year-old logistics officer, was dismissed in May from a major packaging firm in Thika. The reason for his dismissal was officially described as underperformance. However, insiders suggested it was part of an internal purge led by a newly hired supervisor who allegedly clashed with several junior staff.
