Embakasi East MP Babu Owino Receives Starbrand Award for Best Member of Parliament

Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino says he is “deeply humbled” after receiving the Starbrand Award for Best Member of Parliament, an honor he described as a reflection of the people and communities he represents.

Owino said the award signifies more than personal recognition. “This honor is not just a recognition of my work,” he noted. “It is a recognition of the people I serve, the communities that inspire me, and the vision we share for a better Kenya.”

Owino, who has served as Embakasi East MP since 2017, said he views the accolade as motivation to continue advancing initiatives aimed at improving the lives of his constituents.
