The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Party on Friday held a vibrant and well-attended rally at Silverline Grounds in Eldoret City, drawing thousands of supporters, party members and leaders from across the country.
The gathering was marked by calls for unity, intensified grassroots mobilisation and continued support for President William Ruto’s re-election bid ahead of the 2027 General Election.
Leaders who addressed the rally reaffirmed the party’s commitment to strengthening its structures across the country while accelerating the implementation of the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA).

The leaders noted that the progress made over the past four years had laid a strong foundation for continued economic transformation and shared prosperity.
They urged supporters to remain united and actively participate in grassroots mobilisation as the party seeks to consolidate support in every region.
The rally also served as a platform for UDA leaders to highlight the party’s organisational strength and readiness to continue engaging citizens at the grassroots level.
They maintained that UDA remains focused on delivering on its promises while building momentum towards President Ruto’s re-election in 2027.
Among the leaders who attended the rally were National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang’ula, National Assembly Majority Leader Kimani Ichung’wah, Senate Majority Leader Aaron Cheruiyot, UDA National Treasurer Japheth Nyakundi and Uasin Gishu Governor Jonathan Bii.
