GACHAGUA'S LAST HOPE CRUSHED

 The High Court has upheld the impeachment of former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, ruling that he remains lawfully removed from office.

In a major setback for the former DP, the court dismissed challenges against his ouster, effectively ending his bid to overturn the impeachment. However, the court awarded Gachagua KSh50 million, to be paid by the Senate.
