Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka Engages Young Wiper Patriots, Vows Youth-Centric Leadership

Today, at the Wiper Patriotic Front (WPF) headquarters in Nairobi, WPF Leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka held a vibrant engagement with the Young Wiper Patriots and SKM Footsoldiers, emphasizing the central role of youth in shaping Kenya’s future.

During the meeting, Kalonzo Musyoka discussed the daily challenges faced by young people, including high unemployment, limited opportunities, the rising cost of living, and the frustration of feeling unheard despite being the majority of the population. “Even in the face of these challenges, your spirit remains unshaken, bold, and focused. You are ready to shape the direction of this nation,” he told the gathering.

The WPF youth groups, he noted, are more than supporters—they are the heartbeat of the movement. They embody the energy, resilience, and aspirations of Kenya’s broader youth population, who demand opportunities, dignity, and a fair chance to build their futures.

Kalonzo Musyoka reaffirmed the party’s commitment to empowering young people, emphasizing that they must be fully involved in every aspect of political life, from policy formulation and leadership roles to grassroots mobilization and national decision-making. “As WPF, we are committed to supporting our youth in all their aspirations and initiatives. They must be part and parcel of everything we do,” he stated.

The meeting was attended by key WPF leaders, including Hon. Robert Mbui, Organising Secretary and MP for Kathiani as well as Deputy Minority Leader of the National Assembly; Hon. Ann Kanyi, Deputy Chairperson; Hon. Benson Milai, Executive Director; and Hon. Muriuki Ndwiga, Deputy Organising Secretary.

Kalonzo Musyoka concluded the session on an inspiring note, affirming that the future is in the hands of the young: “At WPF, we know that the future is already here, and it is young, bold, and ready to #KomboaKenya.”
