Saku MP Dido Raso Sends Eid al-Fitr Message of Unity and Peace
Dido Raso, the Member of Parliament for Saku Constituency in Marsabit County, has extended warm Eid al-Fitr greetings to Muslims across the country, urging Kenyans to embrace unity, peace, and collective progress as they celebrate the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
In his message, Hon. Raso expressed gratitude for the spiritual journey observed during Ramadan, highlighting the values of reflection, compassion, and devotion that define the sacred period. He joined the Muslim faithful in giving thanks for the blessings experienced throughout the month.
“On this special day of Eid al-Fitr, I join the Muslim community in giving thanks and celebrating the blessings of the holy month,” he said.
The legislator underscored the importance of peace and coexistence, describing them as key pillars for sustainable development. He noted that Eid al-Fitr offers a timely opportunity for communities to strengthen the bonds that unite them.
“As we mark this occasion, I pray for lasting peace, unity, and understanding among our people. May our communities remain strong, bound by respect, harmony, and a shared commitment to a better future,” he added.
Hon. Raso further called on Kenyans to embody the spirit of Eid by promoting mutual respect and understanding across diverse communities. He emphasized that national cohesion and prosperity depend on collective efforts rooted in harmony.
