Kesses MP Julius Ruto has officially launched a new electricity project in Kapserton Village, set to connect more than 60 households and bring power closer to local residents.

Speaking during the launch, MP Ruto described the initiative as a milestone in the constituency’s ongoing development journey. “This project is about creating opportunities. Electricity will enable local businesses, improve learning conditions in our schools, and uplift livelihoods across Kapserton Village,” he said.

The project, which is part of a broader effort to expand access to electricity in Kesses Constituency, aims to transform daily life for residents by enhancing access to modern amenities and supporting economic activities. MP Ruto emphasized that practical, people-centered development remains a key priority of his leadership.
