MTRH Signs Return-to-Work Formula with Clinical Officers
Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) has today signed a return-to-work formula with Clinical Officers, paving the way for the full resumption of normal services at the Hospital.
The agreement follows constructive and consultative engagements between Hospital Management and representatives of the Clinical Officers.
The discussions centred on addressing the concerns raised while safeguarding the continuity and quality of healthcare services for patients.
Speaking shortly thereafter, MTRH Chief Executive Officer Dr. Philip Kirwa reaffirmed the Hospital’s commitment to dialogue, mutual respect, and partnership with all healthcare workers noting that the return-to-work formula reflects a shared resolve to prioritize patient welfare and uninterrupted service delivery.
“The signing of this agreement demonstrates our collective commitment to resolving issues amicably and ensuring that patients continue to receive uninterrupted and quality healthcare services,” said Dr. Kirwa.
MTRH has assured patients and the general public that all affected services will resume fully.
The Hospital has also put measures in place to stabilize operations and enhance service delivery across all departments.
