Marakwet West MP Timothy Kipchumba Toroitich Pays Tribute to Late Endo Ward MCA Jeremiah Biwott Toryebe
Marakwet West Member of Parliament, Hon. Timothy Kipchumba Toroitich, has expressed profound sorrow following the passing of Hon. Jeremiah Biwott Toryebe, the serving Member of County Assembly (MCA) for Endo Ward in Marakwet East.
In a heartfelt condolence message, Hon. Toroitich extended his sympathies to the family of the late MCA, the people of Endo Ward, colleagues at the County Assembly of Elgeyo Marakwet, and friends, saying poleni sana during this time of deep loss.
Hon. Toryebe was remembered as a distinguished and humble leader whose service was marked by honour, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to the people he represented. According to the MP, the late MCA’s wisdom and counsel left a lasting impression on colleagues and will continue to guide leadership within the county.
“Hon. Toryebe served with utmost humility and purpose. His invaluable snippets of wisdom shall forever be etched in our memories, and his contribution to the work of the County Assembly of Elgeyo Marakwet will not be forgotten,” Hon. Toroitich said.
The MP noted that the late leader’s legacy is evident in the positive impact he made through his legislative duties and his close engagement with the people of Endo Ward.
