TVET HR Director Dr. Elicanah Mosiori Honoured as National Hero 2025

 

Dr. Elicanah Moenga Mosiori, the Director of Human Resource Management and Development in the State Department of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), has been officially recognized as a National Hero 2025 during the country’s Mashujaa Day celebrations.

The prestigious recognition celebrates his outstanding leadership, unwavering integrity, and significant contributions to reforming human resource management within the public service. His work has not only elevated operational standards across TVET institutions but has also inspired a culture of accountability, professionalism, and performance excellence in the public sector workforce.

In response to the announcement, Dr. Charles Koech, OGW, Chief Principal of Eldoret National Polytechnic, issued a public statement congratulating Dr. Mosiori on the national honor.

“Dr. Mosiori’s recognition as a National Hero is a proud moment not only for the State Department for TVET but for the entire nation,” said Dr. Koech. “His dedication, integrity, and visionary leadership have consistently raised the bar in public service and continue to serve as an inspiration for all of us in the education and training sector.”
