Boniface Ambani Elected New AFC Leopards Chairperson

Former footballer Boniface Ambani has been elected as the new Chairperson of AFC Leopards following a decisive victory in the club’s elections held today.

Ambani secured 1,101 votes, comfortably defeating his closest rival, Mutoka, who garnered 682 votes across four polling stations.

In his acceptance speech, Ambani thanked supporters for their confidence and promised to steer the historic club toward stability and renewed success both on and off the pitch.

"I am honoured by this trust. It's time to rebuild and restore AFC Leopards to its rightful place in Kenyan football," he said.

The newly elected chairperson is expected to begin his term immediately as the club looks ahead to the new season.
